What is your return policy?
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from receiving your package.
Items must be unused and in original condition. Some custom/personalised items may not be eligible unless defective.

What does the warranty cover?
We provide a warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Kenyan mobile money options (M‑Pesa, Airtel Money, PesaLink),
