Manufacturer Defect Warranty

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. If your item has a manufacturer defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion, or offer a suitable remedy.

Examples of what’s covered

• Stitching failure under normal use
• Hardware malfunction (buckles, snaps, zips) due to manufacturing fault
• Material delamination or structural faults in normal conditions

What’s not covered

• Normal wear and tear or patina development
• Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect (water damage, cuts, heat exposure, chemical damage)
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications
• Color variation, grain differences, or minor surface marks typical of natural leather

Returns & Exchanges (7 Days)

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from receiving your package. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging. Custom or personalised items may not be eligible unless defective.

How to Make a Warranty Claim or Return

1. Contact us with your order ID, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
2. Approval & instructions: Our team will confirm eligibility and share next steps.
3. Send the item back as instructed—ensure it’s safely packaged.
4. Resolution: We’ll inspect and proceed with repair, replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.

Proof of Purchase

Please provide your order confirmation, receipt, or a valid proof of purchase so we can locate your order.

Shipping Costs

• Manufacturer defect: We’ll advise on shipping options; where reasonable, return shipping may be covered or reimbursed.
• Change‑of‑mind returns: Return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility.

Processing Time

Once we receive the item, inspection usually takes 2–5 business days. We’ll update you on the outcome and next steps.
