Khalifa Crafted Ltd. (“Khalifa Crafted”, “we”, “us”, “our”) designs and sells handcrafted leather goods from Nairobi, Kenya. These Terms apply to your use of our website and to any purchases you make from us.

3. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Products, Pricing, and Availability

• We aim for accuracy in product descriptions, images, and pricing, but errors may occur. We may correct errors and cancel orders affected by them.
• All prices are shown in KES unless stated otherwise and may change without notice.
• Handcrafted items may show slight variations in color, grain, or surface finish—these are natural characteristics, not defects.

5. Orders and Payment

• Your order is an offer to buy; we accept when we send an order confirmation or ship your items.
• We may decline or cancel orders, for example due to stock, payment issues, or suspected fraud. Any payments captured for canceled orders will be refunded.
• We accept card payments and Kenyan mobile money options (e.g., M‑Pesa, Airtel Money, PesaLink) through trusted processors. We do not store full card details.

6. Taxes, Duties, and Customs

Prices may be exclusive of taxes, import duties, or customs fees. For international deliveries, you are responsible for any fees levied by authorities in the destination country.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship locally in Kenya and internationally with reputable carriers, including Aramex and local partners.
• Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please inspect packages upon receipt and contact us promptly if items are damaged or missing.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Our returns policy is described on the Returns & Exchanges page. Certain items (e.g., custom or personalized pieces) may be final sale.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (including text, images, logos, designs, and product photography) is owned by or licensed to Khalifa Crafted and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. User Content (Reviews & Comments)

• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display content you submit (e.g., reviews, comments) for marketing or site operation.
• We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or violates these Terms.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the site or services, including attempting to interfere with security, scraping or harvesting data, or engaging in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khalifa Crafted is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site or products.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Khalifa Crafted harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site/services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
