Workshop

A look inside our Nairobi workshop — where traditional leathercraft meets modern precision.

Space & Tools

Our bench‑led workflow balances hand work and machine accuracy. From skiving and splitting to edge burnishing and stitching, each station is set up to keep materials flowing cleanly from pattern to final inspection.

  • Precision cutting and pattern layout
  • Skiving, splitting, and edge finishing stations
  • Hand and machine stitching for strength and speed

1. Pattern & Cut

Patterns are laid for grain and yield; hides are inspected and cut to maximize strength.

2. Prepare & Stitch

Skiving, adhesive prep, and careful stitching — reinforced where it matters.

3. Finish & Inspect

Edges are burnished and sealed, surfaces conditioned, and each piece is quality‑checked.
