Redeeming a gift card
- Add items to cart and proceed to checkout.
- Enter the gift card code in the “Gift card / discount code” field.
- If the order total exceeds the card balance, pay the remainder with your preferred method.
Gift cards can be used across multiple orders until the balance is fully redeemed.
Good to know
- Delivery: digital via email. Physical presentation cards available on request (Nairobi pick‑up).
- Currency: issued in KES; international customers are charged in their local currency equivalent at checkout rates.
- Validity: 24 months from issue date unless required otherwise by law.
- Non‑refundable and not redeemable for cash (except where required by law).
- Lost codes can be re‑issued to the purchaser email with valid proof of purchase.
